Your TUB &TILE any COLOR !!!!

Why Refinish Your Bathtub?
Refinishing your bathtub is the most economical and efficient way to revitalize yourbathroom, at a mere fraction of the cost of replacement. Tub replacement involves not only the cost of the new fixture, but also replacing the blueboard, tile, tile floor and sub-floor. Pipes and hardware are often damaged during the removal of a tub. This is very time consuming as well as expensive!

Refinishing will
allow you to realize spectacular savings, often as much as 90% over the cost of
tub and tile replacement!

Quickly Transform
Stained, chipped, and hard-to-keep-clean bathroom fixtures are unsightly and unhealthy. Don' let your bathroom embarrass you. Refinishing your bathroom fixtures with will give them a smooth, glossy finish within a matter of hours. This non-porous surface actually meets and exceeds the original manufacturer's specifications for stain and acid resistance.

How Does It Work? The refinishing process is a remarkable time-tested method that was developed specifically for bathtub and
tiled wall finishing. The secret lies in the ability of the compounds to fuse themselves into the original surface through a molecular bonding action. The new finish becomes a permanent part of the existing fixture, unlike bathtub liners, which can crack, trapping unsanitary water and creating a health hazard.

Refinishing Your Tub and Tile Together      Refinishing your bathtub and ceramic tile or fiberglass wall surround together at the same time is the most economical method to quickly upgrade your bathroom(s) with minimal downtime. By refinishing, you eliminate the need to re-grout or re-caulk which means less work for you and no unsightly mess in the future! No need to re-caulk that mildewed seam every few years, as it has now been sealed as one.

The durability of your new finish combines long-term economic
value and very low maintenance, making it the most popular choice among
homeowners, hotels and apartment managers nationwide.

Refinished Ceramic Tile = Maintenance Free Grout Lines     A new finish applied to your bathroom's ceramic tile creates a protective barrier to eliminate unsanitary mold and mildew build-up, promoting a clean, fresh environment for you, your family and guests.

Refinishing your existing ceramic tile seals in hard to-keep-clean grout lines and protects against water damage and dry wall rot. The process is cost effective....

Bathtub Refinishing vs. Replacement?

To Save Money -
If you want a new look for your bathroom, but don't want to spend thousands of dollars remodeling, then refinishing is your best value. Replacing the bathtub alone can cost as much as $10,000. With refinishing, you only pay a small fraction of the cost of replacement. Anyone who has ever replaced their tub, tiles or bathroom fixtures knows the mess and hassle of demolition, as well as the gaping hole it can put in their wallet.

To Save Time
- Refinishing a tub can take as little as four hours. You can shower or bathe the very next day. Replacing a tub, however, can take weeks, when you factor in the time to rip out your old tub, install a new one, let caulking dry and replace plumbing and hardware. Whether you have one bathroom or 10 bathrooms, having it unusable is a major inconvenience.

Bathtub Refinishing vs. Bathtub Liners

Bathtub liners are designed to fit over your existing bathtub and walls. They are typically made out of vinyl or plastic and can also be installed in one day. When looking at refinishing vs. liners you should also take into consideration the condition of your current bathroom. While liners will go over and cover up damaged areas, they will not fix them. Before begining our process we can and will repair any damage to tile, grout or walls creating a healthier environment. The cost of the bathtub liner can run thousands of dollars before you even include the wall surround which is a significant additional charge. The average bathtub refinishing project is around $400, to add the bathtub surround and even your wall tile is just as economical and efficient.

Bathtub reglazing can save 70% versus the cost of a new liner.

Either a refinished bathtub or bathtub liner should last 12-20
years. This is based on a professionally done installation, proper cleaning and
care, and the quality of the products.

However, bathtub liners are easily scratched and if a sharp edge
touches a bathtub liner, it could be damaged. This is also true with a
refinished bathtub. However a refinished tub can be touched up. One must always
follow the care instructions provided by the company doing the work.

An improperly installed bathtub liner can end up being a
headache for you later on. Bathtub liners tend to leak at the joints, or at the
drains, trapping water between the liner and the old bathtub. This could cause
your bathtub liner to develop mold. If this occurs the only way to remove the
mold is to remove the bathtub liner.

Lead
Encapsulation and Lead-Free Bathtubs

In an April 19, 1995 Good Morning
America Broadcast, they stated that bathtubs were America's most unexpected
source of lead exposure for children. This is also true to this day. They also
stated that as of late 1995, manufacturers were continuing to use poisonous
substances in the manufacturing of bathtubs. This is a concern for all of us,
as lead exposure can cause serious illness especially in children.

In another article Claud Linges,
President of American Lead Consultants said," We find lead in tubs 50% of
the time, when inspecting older homes". This is why it is so very
important to test your bathtub for lead. Small children are the most effected
by lead exposure. Even in small amounts lead exposure can effect the
development of our children. Most children are exposed to lead, in bathtubs by
drinking the water.

There are only two solutions to this problem they are removal,
or refinishing of the bathtub. The most cost effective is refinishing. By encapsulating
the bathtub, you are eliminating the lead exposure. Bathtubs tested as much as
15 years, after refinishing have shown no traces of lead.

If you are thinking of purchasing an older claw footed bathtub,
or if you own a cast iron tub, make sure you test it for lead before use. These
bathtubs contain a lot of lead in the porcelain and in the cast iron. Most claw
footed bathtubs have also been painted; on the exterior with old lead based
paints. Children should never be exposed to these bathtubs unless the tub has
been properly refinished by a professional.
